When inside, the prey's head will be about 2.5m away from yours (Assuming you're around 6ft/1.8m tall)
My first guess is that if your earmuff mode is on and set to something shorter than that, you won't hear anyone outside of that radius - including your prey.
Any chance of a video tutorial showing how to set it up? That way I can make sure I'm properly following along, since text doesn't necessarily convey enough to follow clearly if you're inexperienced with adding things to models
Yeah, think it definitely needs a better tutorial than the text document, Attempting to install it myself, i ended up with big blue boxes showing when i had the seat enabled, and whenever I changed the location of the seat it turned the seat off. Also the place the prey was way off of where i expected them, but I think that's at least in part because of the model I'm putting it on (Scolipede, so it's using a system to be quadrupedal, which made the discrepancy very obvious. Think it was a problem with how i attempted to move things rather than a problem with the system itself)
Hi, I've rewritten the install instructions and hopefully made things clearer now!
As per before, the collider automatically turns off when you move the seat, since it's assuming you're moving the seat because someone's sitting in it. Turning off the collider only stops people from getting in, it doesn't turn off the seat itself.
Please remember to move the actual seat target, and not the example mesh marked (DELETED UPON UPLOAD)
I am having problems when making the system work, usually the scripts and parameters are lost, surely the version of Poiyomi is correct ? There is no version 9.0.45 that you have seen, surely it is not version 9.0.55 ? What do you mean?
Poiyomi 9.0.45 was a previous version of the shader (see screenshot) and any later version should work fine. Poiyomi 9.0.60 just got released - This can be updated through the VRChat Creator Companion.
Please ensure you have VRCFury installed, as its scripts handle much of the installation and merging - This can be updated through the VRChat Creator Companion.
If the issue is that your radial menu in-game is missing, VRChat recently (10/09/2024) had an update that accidentally broke some things on avatars with complex menus/IK - Reupload the avatar/Clear your cache (Though this issue has been potentially resolved by VRChat by the time of this comment.)
me and my friends pretty always have to fix it to semi work. mainly the seats never line up right. been an issue since it came out for us and we re try it out a few times since it came out and still would happen, random models, different SDKS/plugin vers due to updates/timeline

neat idea but could be used on a platform more made for it
for me te seat flashes on an off rapidly

Hi, I'm not sure what needs fixing? I had someone install it last night and it all worked as expected from just dragging and dropping onto the avatar
